Production Process

Raw Material Preparation and Quality Inspection: Select qualified low-carbon mild steel billets and inspect for defects.

Hot Rolling Initial Forming: Heat and roll into basic billets to ensure uniform microstructure.

Surface Pretreatment: Pickling + phosphating to remove oxide scale and reduce drawing friction.

Room Temperature Bright Drawing: Room temperature, oxidation-free drawing to achieve high surface finish and precise dimensions through dies.

Low Temperature Stress Relief: Low-temperature tempering to eliminate residual stress and stabilize dimensional accuracy.

Finishing and Final Inspection & Packaging: Straightening and length setting, final inspection, and rust-proof packaging before shipment.
